Don't worry if you have changed your opinion or don't like the products you have ordered.

 

Here are some tips for return and exchange: 

1) Products can easily be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

2) Please contact our customer service if you would like to carry out a return for some reason: Customer.service@blacksocks.com. Or just fill our BackForm below. 

3) Hygiene articles from their original packaging (for example: socks, underwear, etc.) are excluded from the right of return. A return is not possible in this case. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

After receiving the completed return form, your case will be processed with us as soon as possible: 

(If your product has a production error or has been damaged during the delivery, we ask you to upload a picture so that the return process is accelerated.)
